For Fresh Flowers and other perishable products

Since the procurement for fresh flowers and cakes etc is done at each individual town/city, we will try to deliver the order on time, but we CANNOT commit a fix time for delivery. The Delivery will be made between 7 am to 7 pm for the given date, for orders other than Midnight Delivery.

Delivery attempt will be made only once. Incase the delivery is not successful during the first attempt, the customer will still be charged for the order. The product can be redelivered on the same day against an extra payment of 50% of the initial order amount. If you do not get it redelivered on the same day, you will not be refunded any money.

Delivery will only be in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities

The order will marked as “executed and delivered” under the following circumstance:

  • Delivery return due to faulty/incomplete/wrong address.
  • Return of delivery due to wrong phone number or Cell phone number or Extension number not working / no reply or not connecting/ reachable.
  • Premises locked.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Recipient refused the products.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor as instructed by the recipient or if the recipient is not available and not reachable
  • In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, an email will be sent to you. The recipient can collect the order from the delivering outlet same day in the same city. Details of the delivery outlet will be given to you on request.
  • We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / containers / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the ordered product. No complaints in this regard will be entertained.
  • The Flowers, Cakes and other perishable items are sourced locally at the delivery location & are hand delivered.
  • If we cannot deliver in a particular city, we will refund your entire amount.
  • For same day delivery, orders will be received till 4 pm IST.
  • The delivery will NOT be redirected to any other address if the order has already been placed with the local florist. Under the circumstance that we have agreed to redirect delivery, there will be a separate charge for that which will be 20% of the order value and a minimum of Rs.100.
  • We deliver on Sundays and National Holidays. In case of non-working of the florist, we will inform you before the delivery date or refund your full amount.
  • In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh (lock-out), we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  • Once our Customer support team has acknowledged the order, changes in instructions can be entertained only until 5 working hours of the scheduled delivery date.
  • Orders once placed can be modified up to one working day prior of the delivery date. However, order once given cannot be cancelled. The amount will remain with us and you can use that amount to place another order within 3 months. Please send us an email on order@ayokaflowers.com to change any delivery details.
  • For perishable and nonperishable commodities including cakes, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
  • We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cakes etc. after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • It may not be possible to deliver certain branded items / or their delivery might be delayed under circumstances beyond our control such as non-availability of the product or discontinuation by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, closest to the description shall be delivered. We would seek customer confirmation for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hours, it shall be assumed that he/she has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.
  • Proof of delivery will be the final proof shown in case of any dispute in delivery.

  • Home address of recipient with phone number.

In case there is no one available at the delivery address (to accept the delivery of the order placed with us) at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be claimed for.

If on the delivery date, the recipient has not checked in at the hotel, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If on the delivery date, the person has checked out of the hotel, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.

For delivery of gift items/flowers etc. to Wedding/Engagement Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls or other such functions, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom or to the same recipient as mentioned by you. This is because of non-access of our delivery team to the recipient because of a large crowd. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of the family. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient in the proof of delivery. We will also try to inform the desired recipient on the phone number provided to us.

Fresh cakes are available in the bakeries only after 10:30am IST. So cake orders cannot be delivered early morning. We do not deliver cakes made the previous day unless specifically mentioned by the customer at the time of the order.

Terms & Conditions for Fix Time Delivery:

  • Due to distance, traffic and other circumstances beyond our control, fixed time deliveries have a window of +15 minutes or -15 minutes from the delivery time mentioned.
  • We require a minimum of 6 hours lead time.
  • We deliver on Sundays also.

Terms & Conditions for International Deliveries:

  • All International delivery orders should be placed 48 hrs prior to the delivery date.
  • We do not commit a time for International deliveries. The deliveries would be done in between 8am to 7pm.
  • International delivery will not be possible on Saturday’s and Sunday’s unless we have expressly confirmed the same.
  • No deliveries on Friday for Countries in UAE,.
  • Delivery status will be available after 48 hours of delivery
  • ZIP Code and phone number of the recipient is a must.
  • Any order once placed cannot be cancelled.
